Also people here's the country selection thing, you can take three countries, but if you take the USA or the USSR you have to take two countries like Haiti or Cuba as well.
Example
I take the USSR, now I can take two more countries so I'll go for countries like Angola and Cuba since they aren't that much developed.
Reason I'm doing this is to avoid the over powered stuff, which we have done previously

Chile doesn't need to expand across the Andes, we have already had many conflicts over it since our conception. The current border between Argentina and Chile shall remain as it is.
Peru and Bolivia though? Time to #getrekt.
