Desophaeus, three, you just need to take fair countries. What that means is that you can't take multiple superpowers. For example, you can't take the USA, GB and France because they're major powers, but you could take America, Panama and Liberia (You have one juggernaut and two weak countries). You could also do three medium powers, such as Canada, Portugal and Japan. Or if you really want to get serious, you can go hardcore and take three weak countries (not recommended).
