I've been having some troubles with the last mission of Conquer Takeda Clan. Is there any hidden mechanic, or is it just pure fighting? And, do you have any advice? Thank you:)

Thank you:) Besides killing Katsuyori, the blue Gen, nothing really, kill eveyrone Destroy a tower and place a racecourse near the SE ward. You need to beat the gen and take the ward. The rest just attack towards the NE. The priority is to take the main castle, send your main force up and across the wooded terrain against the NE and spam cav units to overrun the SE. Not too hard on Normal with lvl 7 troops. |

In hard mode, send everyone to attack Sunpu Castle, then escort the Sanada forces to Iwabitsu (NE ward).
Watch out for remnant forces in Sunpu ward and two ambushes: the mountain range and the black, out-of-bounds area to the left of the Iwabitsu ward.
At the same time, demolish a watch tower. To the west of the SE ward, deploy an archery and send your best archers to attack the enemy. Back Nobutada up with your musketeers, archers (Motochika and Ieyasu on Yumi samurai) and your best melee unit (Reinforcement Keiji, Mitsuhide and pre-deployed Kazumasu).
I deployed special cav unit (Obu Toramasa) => Yari samurai (Matsu) => heavy cav (Katsuyori) => Akazone heavy inf (Toshiie). After taking the SE ward, I destroyed the old archery and built one by the mountain range beside Katsuyori's holdout. Spam stacked archers.
After completing the escort mission, the Sanada clan will attack the Takeda / "Ikko" remnants. Combine your troops and defeat the enemy.
Note: Since only Katsuyori belongs to Takeda, if you leave the castle open, the other gens can take it and have a state of high morale.

Their (Takeda Clan) equipments are so solid amd hardly to beat if u don't spam ranged or catapult units to harass them  |
