Could someone tell me how to get the achievement "gain a rate of III" Maybe it sounds silly but in conquests I only got rate II

Take less turns to finish, use less generals, capture more cities. I believe number of legions also increases your score (but not sure, and there may be a limit), so try spamming more units towards the end. But the biggest factor might be the turn count. Look for ways to speed up, including routing, attacking on multiple fronts simultaneously, and bypassing enemy forces to capture cities faster.
