In my opinion one of the most underrated generals in the game. Pulling enemy force in any direction is valuable strategic skill. Plus he is solid damage dealer as well.

He's good, but the cooldown of his active skill prevents me from using him more often than I do it now.

His buffs are for defending so I don't use him as much as the other inf gens but his skill is pretty good to pull from blockades

Before the admirals (5* in navy) showed, he's my 2nd or 3rd best admiral, even with 3*.
Tadakatsu's active may clear the way by pushing, but Yoshihiro clears it by pulling. Another use is pulling select targets out for allies to beat them up.
Or you could use him as the reverse of Suzuki Shigehide if you need to retreat away from an enemy direction.
Besides Hanzou, he's my other pick for defending a castle, especially in Campaign. The reason being that you'd find yourself getting attacked by multiple foes leading to a rapid morale drop, which is mitigated by Yoshihiro's passive.

I have both of Shimazu Yoshihiro and Suzuki Shigehide after lots of roll-out. I also bought Elite Samurai for Yoshihiro and Teppo Shield unit for Shigehide. Can you suggest any ideas about equipments for them, to make them stronger and tougher?

Here is my Yoshihiro  2 items of Hime Musha and 2 items of Tenkabito And here is my Shigehide 2 items of Daughter of Lightening god, a random horse with Valor as one of its attributes and a purple scroll with crit damage and Precise   So, it is possible to increase his crit rate by 20%  |

This guy is better than I previous thought. I have him at 5 stars and he's a slower but just as brutal Hashiba Hideyoshi. The pull away skill is useful to reposition Shimazu Yoshihiro while having deterrence makes him really strong. I just place him on Elite Samurai that I recruit randomly from conquest, so he is easy to deploy. I enjoy using him in my challenge conquest runs.
