I just unlocked him and tested “inspection” out.
To be clear, it is *not* the same as rumor. At level 5 any airstrike removes the *counterattack* possibility of enemy units. Thus it is primarily useful for when you want to attack powerful units with your weaker units or tank/infantry generals without blitzkrieg/guerilla, respectively.
This could be very helpful for more casual play in the endgame (when you don’t want to s&l to guarantee a non-counterattack), but for speedruns and such, where health typically doesn’t matter, I don’t see this being too useful.
I have him 4 stars. He’s clearly superior to Dowding, but for the highest tier content Spaatz and Coulson are far supreme.

There’s more than 70 possible ‘points’, so you do not need to get all achievements. |

Yes so you have to do about 15 challenge conquests to unlock him. Doing 10 will only get you 69 points I think.

Most certanly will be New or extended version of present battle pass just like in wc3.

I applied Carpet Bombing and Industry Expert skills since I had the medals for economy and both added skills in one.
Neither Inspiration nor rumor will work on Air attacks. Not sure if on Super ACs, that explosives may as once told.
The doubt has crossed my mind during conquest challenge when Ive seen one of my units confused, and no enemies are around. Confounded by this. Maybe a low morale event i didnt register.😊
