I was wondering how you redeem general fragments, but I can’t find it anywhere in the game…

Go to generals and find any general that has six stars (even if he doesn't have any fragments). You'll see the "Exchange" button top right, pressing it will take you to a window with all your fragments that can be exchanged.  |

I was wondering how you redeem general fragments, but I can’t find it anywhere in the game… The whole process is quite slow and only has any impact on the game if you have several lvl 6 generals. Just an example. I have lvl 6 Mori and I got 30 fragments more from the requirement. I dismantled them all and got less than 200 broken blades in return. |
