Actually this guide is also a bit outdated because it was written before Combat medics were released and given to players as a gift after reaching lvl 20 of HQ.
Now you can exploit it to your advantage. 20% discount is pretty simple. Obviously you shouldn't attack the forts. Take a narrow path on the right and use your Guderian as a spearhead of your army healing him constantly. Rommel usually takes the western city and stops there. You have to take the eastern city. Then don't rush to attack the last target in the center. At first eliminate Artillery units guarding the tank general. Again, don't forget to heal your Generals especially Pavlov and Guderian. When units around the target are destroyed make a final assault.
40%. I don't recommend to go straight to Alexander. On the contrary attack together with Rommel a key target without a general. But don't let Rommel take it. You have to capture it yourself. You will get money and it is possible to hire a super Artillery or a 3 stacked Rocket launcher for your Konev. Try to heal Rommel as well, because he will help you to attack Montgomery. Montgomery is the toughest opponent in this mission, so probably Rommel and a couple of your heavy tanks will be dead. Nevermind, if your Konev, Guderian and Pavlov are alive and close to full health it should be enough for the final attack. Make note that you can soften Alexander up with several Air attacks. But do this only after the wall is destroyed.

Thank you stoic for the guide. And thank you everyone else for helping.I just got Rommel thanks to you. What skills should I add to it? Most of his skills are % based (and a talent he gets after completing his legendary chapter also increases his crit damage by 30%). That means he will increase in power with time. So, I would recommend you to choose PL ("a must have") and Inspiration. Yet, you have to keep in mind that against Terrorists Rumor is a top tier skill, so you have to find a balance in your team between Rumor and damage. Usually support generals like Konev are best Rumor debuffers. Yet, Rumor is very good on Rommel too, because he's shining at counterattack and often used in such way: a bit ahead of your main team, so that he may cripple a bunch of them before your main forces attack.
