In order to achieve 100% completion of World Conqueror 4, as of 24/1/24, you need:
All WW2 missions completed to Challenge Mode
All CW and Modern mission to Hard
All technology researched
A win in every conquest for every star country (Germany, Romania, Finland for 1939 example)
Battle Pass Conquest completed
Frontier mode completed
Battle Pass completed
All Wonders unlocked
All Challenges done (Rescue Ally as example)
All achievements unlocked except the domination one
All exercises completed
All elite units unlocked and maxed
All frontier medals maxed
All warzone missions done
Max warzone ribbons
Biography mode completed for all generals
All landmarks unlocked.
This will take you at least 6 years of nonstop play.

George Rudi, Max Guderian, Mid Manstein, Low Zhukov, No upgrades on Horton Super tank Guderian, Heavy tank Manstein, and Rocket arty march together to get Darwin. Once you get Darwin, go kill Maldini and Wagner. Surround them to lower their morale. Leave the med tank to guard Darwin. Ion cannon always goes to attack Coulson. Cruiser Horton straight to Jakarta only to lower the city HP, then go to Singapore, and the city where Osborn stays. Summon 3-4 subs to kill Benteke, and then chase and kill Coulson. Guderian army group then goes to Jakarta and land near the southern port. Kill Gayman and Yudintsev then get lower hp Jakarta. Once you get Jakarta, bombard Osborn with nuke. Guderian and Zhukov will go to Osborn while Manstein hop to Jakarta's next island straight to attack Morita from the spot near the port. Land from the south (near port) then kill Osborn. + ignore other city that not marked with red dot. + paratroop empty city that your allies attack to add your income Good luck, feel free to ask another quetion/guide |

I see ribbons (same with maxing tech tree, wonders, and frontier medals) merely as tools but not a challenge in itself. Besides, three lv4 ribbons are more useful than a single lv5.
