Pretty niche general. He's essentially my Yamamoto set but he trades explosives for defense and has no air skills outside of nuke launching. I'd use him just as an artillery general and ignore his air aspects, meaning he may be the greatest Kluge slayer in the game

Yes, even the unit spawning ones can be marked.

Looks like Sokolovsky was designed for guarding Nuclear sites, with his ranged artillery...and using those nukes. Imo, Had he been more flexible, he may have been ideal for the Titan SSBN.
