Which new generals is worth buying,and where can I find them,Im thinking of buying Marius or Sulla.

If you search the forum for IAP, there's already been plenty of discussion, but in summary:
Late game, generals depend hugely on their base type (the unit that deploys in Arena and Epic War). Thump attacks are OP, which makes Hannibal (elephant) and Spartacus (woad raider) the best IAPs, in that order. Horse archer is also strong (bonus damage to cavalry), so Attila and Modu are also good options.
Marius sucks. I wouldn't use him even if he was F2P. Get Pompey and Vercingetorix and don't waste your money. Sulla is OK *if* you set up your Commander for archer/javelin, otherwise not worth it. I'd still say the options above are better though.
IAP generals, apart from Hannibal, Spartacus and Attila, show up randomly in the shop, just keep checking.
