I think that "Fleet Leader + Fighting spirit" is now a viable option too... "Who wants to buy an unkillable general? An unkillable general for sale!"  This combo sounds nice. But I wonder if Fighting Spirit works on BattleShip, Tank, and Artillery or it only works on Infantry. |

At least nothing in description of the skill points in that direction. It is difficult to find a place for it though, especially for Tank and Artillery generals. Additional survivability is nice to have, but we definitely don't want to achieve it at the expense of damage (tanks) or Rumor/Explosives (Artillery). |

Works on navy too, I tested it by letting Koenig commanded cruiser, every friendly around him got healed. |
