I'm just going to leave this here for all you intelligent tacticians to discuss about how to solve, I had an excess of dry food and just brute forced it by stuffing rations down all my unit's throats. I really don't know how to complete this without using rations.
Each type should go to its respective building, which goes from left to right: teppo, infantry, war gear, cavalry, archer. Your units start in this order: infantry, archer, teppo, cavalry, war gear.

On a different note, here's Okuni, she's looking as great as all the other himes
I had a lot of sake saved (44 to be exact), so I was able to get her to rank 2 very quickly. Save your alcohol everyone!

It probably has a solution with 100% success odds since there’s nothing you can do to improve your starting position and everything does 1 damage to one another. So there SHOULD be no RNG involved.
But that ain’t worth the effort to figure out. Once your done with it you’re done with it forever.

This mission looks harder than it is. Their units are immobile, so you know perfectly in advance which squares are under fire and which not. Therefore, no crazy tactic is needed but just a few general principles like: 1. taking out ranged units first 2. patiently taking out melee units with ranged units except for the last hit, arriving at the castle with almost full hp (i just went through the center). There is plenty of time. 3. kill the dop asap, ideally it fires only twice 4. i found that the cavalry is the weakest of them all so just keep it behind the front line What more..? Maybe understand movement blocking mechanics and use them can help moving faster (if your units are lined up on a queue, generally you want to move the unit thats behind first not front)

I did it with no problems (and no rations). Just keep the units to the right or left according to where they need to go and don't attack anything. I just took out the ashigaru infantry in the middle south. Quite stupid mission, imo.

Thanks everyone, I figured that it was probably easier than it looked given that none of the units moved, I just didn't have the patience to do it. To me it seems that much like actual choreography, this level focuses mainly on precision rather than sheer overwhelming firepower - clearly I'm nothing like my namesake here!
At least now people who don't have that many rations or don't want to use rations on a level that shares a lot of similarities with Kiriyama have a guide to do so now.

The new hime have the ability to make our neighbours like us more, like Oichi ability has but in level 2. But for that, we need to upgrade Ozumi to at least level 4, she likes sake, so I gave her all of my stocks. Anyone knows where can I find more sake?

But for that, we need to upgrade Ozumi to at least level 4, she likes sake, so I gave her all of my stocks. Anyone knows where can I find more sake? The place where sake is most abundant is in certain factions in conquest, some will give it as a reward for completing the normal objectives of the clan (like Ashina in Armed Unification) while others for completing a challenge conquest (like Satake, also in Armed Unification). For challenge conquests, it is recommended to try some mix of challenges to get to 60 challenge points so you can be one and done with that faction on challenge conquest and get all of the rewards. If you are solely searching for sake, make sure the faction you choose actually gives it as a reward: it's pretty easy to check both normal conquest rewards (the bag next to the difficulty ranking) and challenge conquest (the bar that fills up as you add more challenge points).
Other places where you may find sake is in the daily ads (the fourth one gives you a random hime item), the shop (it may appear periodically, recommended only to get it from the coin shop, but also is stocked weekly in the black iron shop), and rewards from Tenkabito missions and expeditions.
Kimotsuki's sweep will give you 1 sake per sweep as well as 10 ban-kin, but that's given you wish to spend one of your precious sweeps on an expedition instead of a library general.
I am obligated to tell you that it can also appear in the ban-kin shop, most likely at the exchange rate of 10 sake for 200 ban-kin, but please, don't spend your ban-kin on hime gifts. Same goes with the Hime's Gift Offer in the IAP store for $1.99 USD, yes, it will give you 5 sake, but getting an easily farmable resource for real money isn't a good use of your money.
I hope this helps, good luck on the road to rank 4 Okuni!

A possible left-sided path without external healing. Note that I made aggressive use of my melee troops to attack enemies because they are the safest. Since the ranged troops are most in danger when fighting the Destroyer and other ranged forces, the melee troops should soak up some dmg and knock out some enemies themselves.

An excellent support general for conquest, especially with the sword and horse from the female castellan set, which improve two passive skills and give +30% active skill damage.
