I think that she and Musashi should both be IAP inf gens. We have 2+1 cav, 2 muskets, and 1+1 archer, but technically no IAP for inf or arty gens yet. (I don't count the 30 or 60 Hideyoshi fragments because the person is separate from these fragments.)
She seems like Yukimura, but for inf, with Okuni's active plus an atk aura.
IIRC, using Wikipedia as a basis, wasn't her performance against the Toyotomi-led coalition so impressive that Hideyoshi wanted to wed her?
Political value aside, I think this may be a good choice for a bond bonus.

To be honest, I thought she would have been added to the game this update since the main story has reached the point where Oshi is behind us.
But about her and her skills, I think her sneak peek isn't her final form much like Ginchiyo. ET will probably swap up some skills to give her something really special to justify that gold ranking that I also believe she'll get. Unfortunately I also have a feeling she's going to be an IAP since we're seriously starved for infantry IAPs although it's really a lack of gold infantry generals in general. We only have Hideyoshi for that compared to teppo who has Nobunaga, Mitsuhide, Ginchiyo, and Masamune. You'd think a pretty common unit type like infantry would have at least multiple gold generals.
Not that I think her skillset is bad, on the contrary she seems she'll work incredibly well in a group as a more offensive Okuni. Irritability alone is a shame since it pairs well with Inspiration, but more morale is still always good. I've played this game for about four months at this point and never realized that flanking a unit causes a morale drop when you attack, but Kai actually wants to be flanked to deal more damage. I don't know her specialized unit nor her stats but I'd expect she'll be quite a good infantry general trying to compete with guys like Nobutsuna for a spot on your final team (if you even use infantry regularly).
Plus it would be fun to make a fully female team with her, Ginchiyo, Naotora, Mochizuki Chiyo, and Ikeda Sen and see how well it'll work.
Edit: Dumbo me overlooked the fact that the specialized unit is literally in the screenshots. Kagemusha, unfortunate but fair enough. Not the best, but it'll work and she'll probably perform well enough on Elite Samurai anyway for it to not matter too too much.
Oh, and Musashi. He better be crazy good especially since I already have a suspicion that he's an IAP. And add Sasaki Kojiro too. They'll make a good bond.
