I completed the XII campaign in both normal and hard mode. But still couldn't get toyotomi hideyoshi's third skin. Is it a bug or do I had to do something prerequisite?

You should get it after the final battle of chapter XII in normal mode, but it isn't applied automatically, you have to go to him in the generals screen and select it. If it's still locked there you probably do indeed have a bug.

Yep, you should have it now - make sure you completed the achievement for beating Chapter 12 as that's where you get the skin!

Thanks both of you. Got it now from achievement rewards. 😁 I totally forgot about the achievement. As I gave this game a rest till new conquest comes out.
