I know i have played wc3 and wc4 but i swear in my life i never understand how it exactly it works, i know it works on carrier but let’s say i want to nuke a city with a general who has good air stars do i have to be in that specific city where i will launch the nuke or no? Sorry if it’s hard to understand english is not my mother tounge, and btw sorry if this is the wrong place to post this just incase

You just put your air gen in a city that have missile silo icon, and for a nuke (i mean nuclear plant here) it can be made everywhere (city with nuclear plant icon).
For example, Dowding can launch a missile in Cologne (city with missile silo icon) though its nuke made in other city.
