Hello dear generals,

I'm learning how to modify and I need the community's help!
I got a WC4 unlocked and now I intend to bring a mod for everyone, so I accept suggestions and opinions. Let's create a mod together. First of all, I will start with the basic modifications and then the more complicated modifications.

I wanted to know if anyone in the community could teach me how I can change diplomacy. I want diplomacy to work to send resources/money to my allies.
