I recall using a Chinese map editor for WC4 and it worked like a charm, adding comically large armies became as simple as a click of a button. However, when i tried to download it again, the link is dead.
This video by communist/canadian modder basically from a long *Auto corrected* time ago had the link, but just like most of his links, it's dead now.
So does anyone have the map editor basically is what im asking
