I can't seem to get my characters back or medels. I have the same Google Play account linked to the game when I first made the purchases, but got a new phone and now I see that it won't restore any purchase. I have proof of purchases and I just don't want to put in for a refund on Google Play before contacting you guys as this game and the previous EW6 have been a favourite phone game.
