Recently I‘ve seen a lot of people asking how to do the army group with specific instructions.
Why you should finish ur 1939 army group ASAP: If u complete ur first army group with a ‘s’, you can get a lot of medals and u can get free coins that can help u upgrade your special forces every day(i forgot its name). This would help you a lot in getting expensive generals(like Guderian) so u should try it.
Easy countries:
-1-star:
-Bulgaria:
1.Send all troops to take Nis and Skopje. This will provide u with 2 more cities, one more airport and one more factory.
2. Wait until the Belgrade garrison is badly weakened. Then hit Belgrade. Steal Sarajevo if u need one more factory.
3. Steal land from Romania/Hungary to open a way to Poland.
4. Now Guderian should be struggling with the main Polish force. Take all Polish cities asap as army group D will be exhausted and be eliminated by the British
5.Steal land from German army groups and face the British. Hold the lines until they are exhausted, then counterattack and take Benelux and Denmark.
6. Wait for Italy/Germany to eliminate the remaining British navy and land there. After a few moves u will win
-2-star:
-Hungary:
Close to Bulgaria but you should try to strike Cracow to gain more resources
-Slovakia:
Same case as Hungary but steal land from Germany
-Romania:
Same as the others but take Lviv and Belgrade first.
-Italy East:
1.Capture Zagreb with Germany C, then turn your forces westward to take Italy West as they should have crumbled under the attacks of France South.
2.Send all your troops west and take Lyon
3.If Manstein is struggling with France center try to help them. If British lands take over and get some good forces like Karl or Maus.
4.Eliminate France and take over Benelux. Steal land from Germany
5.Land in Britain and u win
-3-star:
-Britain:
This is the one and only allied guide because in 1939 army group axis has the advantage.
1.Send Dowding and monty to Germany and take Hamburg. Bomb the germans with your navy. Take Berlin asap.
2.Steal land from France and conquer Germany. If Poland falls(very unlikely) than take over.
3.invade Italy
4.If there are any remaining axis countries conquer them, then you are done.
German Army Group C:
1.Invade Yugoslavia and take Zagreb/Split before the Italians
2. Steal cities from German Army Group A and German Army Group D
3. Attack France North
4.Try to destroy Britain's navy
5.Land at Britain and conquer it
6. turn your focus on Poland and if u conquer it then you win
Army groups extremely not recommended:
1.Poland army group 1
Sure, you have Smigly and good cavalry units, but those are trash against Guderian and the rest of the German army
2.Netherlands
If you don't have at least 3 good generals(like Guderian, Rommel and Patton), then you will fail in 10 rounds or have your troops exiled in Britain
3.Belgium
Netherlands but worse. Only recommended if you have good generals for tanks, artillery and infantry
4.Yugoslavia army group 2
1V3? What?!
5.Yugoslavia army group 1
1V3 challenge 2.0
6.Denmark
If you don't fail, you would find yourself stuck in Copenhagen and surrounded by German ships
