I found a guide for Honno-ji incident for normal but not hard.does the normal guide work for hard as well or am I missing something. Any help is appreciated.

Hard mode should play the same as normal.

The point is to bring in the good gens like Masamune + Motonari in the centre, and weaken without killing the enemies in the flanks. Then, bring Nobutada's head from the palace to the NW city.
Just beware that in hard, there are enemy troops on the way to the NW city.
