As I understand the description, it works best with elite units...
And it seems we have some new skills to choose from...
Anyway Brooke is a top tier Artillery general, probably even better than Konev now...

Anyway Brooke is a top tier Artillery general, probably even better than Konev now... Since this first skill that works with EF is unlockable (CC Pass 155), Brooke may only compete but not actually be better than Konev. My personal opinion says he's better because of his 5* movement. Probably subject of debate if you think Retaliation and one extra movement star is better than +12 attack and +10% crit rate.

I think it is of secondary importance who is now number 1 f2p Artillery general, because we desperately needed another top tier Artillery guy for a long time. So much, that Neonen with basically 3 skills was considered to be a good option...

Who are highly confidential generals ? Have they appeared yet ? Cunningham and Chernyakhovsky. Both are IAP. Cunningham: Fleet Leader, Naval Assault, Early Warning, Leadership, let other naval units join attack. Chernyakhovsky: PL, AA, Blitz, Inspiration, deal 25% damage to units next to the unit he kills.

Thank you. Chernyakhovsky looks promising. I hope we will be able to upgrade his last skill from 25 to 50% damage.

I wonder what would be good for Brooke’s 5th slot?

What does “number of troop formations under command is 1” mean?
I thought every general is, at most, commanding one unit, the one he’s on.

It means unstacked unit. Like Elite Units or super heavy Tanks. Stacked infantry to example would not work with this Skill, iirc.

I thought every general is, at most, commanding one unit, the one he’s on. formations means how stacked the unit is. for example, tanks can be single, double or triple stacked (1,2,3) for anyone curious, ET worded it that way because they use the word formation in their coding.
