(This is copied from another thread, but if anyone wants to test it further or review the numbers, I thought this would be a good place.)
I already have 157 conquest points so I tested the base (no upgrades) Malinovsky, so level 4 Decoy and Strike/“Enemy Lure.”
I used my Manstein on a lvl 5 Pershing with lvl9 tank medal, lvl4 tank ribbon, lvl 5 AA, and lvl 5 PF with medals. I tested with Germany in ‘43 challenge against 37 and 42 defense T-44s.
Since I only expect this to be useful in challenge conquests (where infantry don’t take up limited general spots), what’s most important is the *max* damage possible, not the average. I did each sample with eleven trials. The average are rounded to the hundredths.
37 defense, no PF, “Lure”: max: 296, average: 285.55 37 defense, no PF, no “Lure”: max: 259, average: 249.27 —259*1.12 = 290.6 and 249.27*1.12 = 279.18
42 defense, PF, “Lure”: max: 318, average: 305.36 42 defense, PF, no “Lure”: max: 285, average: 277 — 285*1.12 = 319.2 and 277*1.12 = 310.24
Those are at base morale, which the numbers look to be in-steps with the game. I never tested raised morale. Funny enough, I tested low morale without PF and “Lure” seemed to do nothing.
