Like the topic says. How do I get the medals such as great solider that increases attacks and regains hp every round.

I believe some you can earn doing Frontier missions. Others, like the excellence medal, are IAP.

alank88, IIRC Great soldier medal is obtained automatically. Navy and Airforce medals are unlocked in Frontier mode. Panzer and Artillery are IAPs.
