I'm at Challenge 10-11 and right now grinding challenge is either too hard for me or just too much of a chore,can anyone have some tips or guide to help me grind Challenge faster? I have most generals and SF that i need maxed out

Not a very satisfying answer, but you've just about reached the limit of what's possible without IAPs. With enough upgrades and generals, most level 10 challenges are beatable, but at level 11 you start meeting crazy OP IAP generals.
