Will troop Levels max out at lv 24?
I have been collecting fragments of my troops even for those that have been reached lv 24. Is there any indication that we should further keep collecting fragments or shall we convert them to souls?

Is there any indication that we should further keep collecting fragments or shall we convert them to souls? I’d keep the fragments of the highest two tiers just in case they raise the cap again. The lower tiers I convert - I don’t use them anyway (maybe except woad raiders). |

24 doesn't feel like a number where the tech tree ends, so I am inclined to believe that the end-game level may be higher. But I am unsure.

It's probably even further post-endgame content meant to energise Nightmare mode and an exhausted player base.
