Any advise for it on 1939? I usually start to get overpowered, and I tend to focus on attacking Third German Reich. I do this as C.C.C.P. if your wondering.

Realistically, you should focus on Germany, as you have more important cities near Germany than you do Japan. So deal with the Germans first, then move all your troops to Japan afterward. Although, truth be told, I am personally overwhelmed by the amount of shoot you need to do as any huge power, such as America, USSR, Brtiain, Germany, and even France, Japan and Italy to an extent. So Id recommend going smaller scale, do a nation that is powerful enough to fight, but only has to deal with one front (mostly). I recommend Japan the most for 1939. Japan has a bunch of generals and really good troops, plus only has to deal with Asia for the most part.

But, just so you know, simply because the japanese take over mongolia and your area in east Asia DOESNT mean youre at threat. You are at threat, however, whent eh japanese start pushing toward Moscow and your other smaller cities in the east. This really only happens when China and sometimes india is defeated, however, so you'll have plenty of time to take down germany before then.

Here's the thing, while playing as the C.C.C.P. I try to just use 2-5 units for holding off what I can against Japan (historically C.C.C.P. actually invaded and declared war on Japan in 1945), but I also manage to take all of Finland. I do sometimes take Polish land as they'll go down easily, so why not. However, when Third German Reich takes Norway and Denmark they send paratroopers and start screwing me over., This is where I'm stuck on, and need some tips, hints, or strategies!

Well first off, you might as well take your generals in east Asia and have them retreat to europe because you can't win against them at the moment. For your ships there...try to destroy as many generals as you can in east Asia in order to weaken them so america or China can take them down. Next, dont take polish land when they're still alive, as they can buy you some time while you organize an offensive. Always protect your cities with an infantry in each city near the germans, it will protect them against paratroopers. When they start getting weakened, replace them. I recommend taking out the balkan countries out first, like romania, Hungary, and bulgaria. Then push into Berlin or any other main german city. You can take Copenhagen or Oslo as well if they're posing too much of a threat as well. The British and americans will also help in your invasion, and you should be able to win within the first forty turns or so if you also have some good generals. After all of Europe and Africa is secured, take your troops from Europe toward Asia in order to retake Ulan Bataar and liberate China. Should be relatively easy from this point on. If the japanese also begin paratrooping, just keep heading for a city with an airport in order to counter paradrop on their cities.

Do you have ion cannon? It helps a lot when taking down generals. The only strategy I can give you is to put as many generals as u can in heavy tanks.

Your first target is Finland. Build field artyllery from Kiev and Minsk and wait until the Germans surround Warsaw. Attack them when they busy with the city and after they capture it repel them. Try to take the cities that German conquer with airstrikes and paratroopers(like Copenhagen, Amsterdam etc). As for Japan I send Goring in a heavy tank to the East and when Changchun was undefended I capture it and destroy the Japanese generals with air strikes. Then I eliminate the Germans and their allies and finaly i destroy the japanese.

I never used airstrikes much in my games but after reading so much about how air power is huge in the game I started adjusting my tactics to include that. I just added Goring to my line up,so ready to lighth them up! Btw Mariosadeas welcome to the forums, always good to see new faces

I hope you find Goring very useful general especially when you kill infantries with a single air strike when AI will spam paratroopers. I have learn a lot of usefull thinks by reading your posts.
