I need some tips on how to complete the first stage of Baibars hero legend. I'm stuck on normal mode and my units keep getting destroyed by the enemies reinforced ones

Pick Timur or Subutai (I recommend Subutai) and send him up the middle gap with a war gear that increases mobility.
Troops to follow behind.
You can send one legion to the west and east, respecitively, to help your allies.
Defeating the reinforced legion guarding the turret should cause parts of the terrain to open up. Advance to take the city from the NW to the NE in this direction.
If the turret's garrison is not the trigger, the NW city should be.
Do occupy castles to prevent the enemy from spamming troops. Make use of the turret on the Crusaders.
