Due to the spammer/troll/racist/bigot situation, there are some things I think we should and shouldn't do to keep our community healthy, 1) we SHOULD NOT blame this on a forum member in the lack of concrete evidence (we know it wasn't Mountbatten when it was guests, and we shouldn't baselessly assume it's him this time) 2) we SHOULD NOT get into discussions of the topics he posts about (If we start a flame war, he wins) 3)we SHOULD maintain a "business as usual" with regards to game questions and answers 4) we SHOULD maintain an environment that supports and accepts people regardless of political views, ethnicity, *Auto Corrected* orientation, gender, and religion. We're all gamers, and that's what counts. 5) we SHOULD NOT take up this style of trolling (duh!) 6)we SHOULD stand with each other, particularly those who were attacked by him 7)we SHOULD share adorable memes like this |

This time, the spammer DID used an account to post... he's no longer safe as an anonymous guest. It's now a lot easier to ban this fellow. If anyone else get caught in the ban, well... my condolences are minimal, seeing as this behavior has clearly no approval of this community and ample time had passed for quite a while when this fellow could have restrained himself.
Just wanted to make sure this fact is heard out in the public, this person, whoever it is, doesn't deserves a second chance. It ought to be a permaban.
I only hope that there is no innocent members who just happened to be in the same network as the one the spammer has been using. On one hand, I'm feeling as in "May God have mercy upon thy soul for I have none for thou. None whatsoever." On the other hand, it's entirely within the unlikely possibility that some people may be simply in the wrong place at the wrong time.
If someone says he got banned but he's innocent, I would have some extensive doubts in his claim. Honestly, I would have a seriously hard time believing that person.

If it's a member of relatively good standing, with no record of doing suchlike things, I'd believe him/her. If it's a member with a history of infringements, I wouldn't. |

A guest or a member is having his version of fun but there are better ways,like starting more threads on interesting topics,doing a historical presentation,posting a history of accomplished generals,doing in game data analysis,telling us about other good games,showing us creative youtube gaming videos,writting about a game or RL campaign,designing and showing us mapping skills,creating or assisting or participating in a roleplaying game and the list goes on ect..
So then why have fun by yourself when you can instead share with others and have a good time as a group.
