Today, I will present the research I have gathered on the type, complexity, and origin of the Encryption methods used by Easytech and other companies to the game modifications community.
Type: I believe that the Encryption used by Easytech in their videogames is a type of Blowfish Encryption that is part of a larger Encryption system refered to as Gost.
Complexity: Blowfish is an extremely complex and unbreakable code without a public or private key to unlock the code. Blowfish may also have secret messages or complex mathematic sequences. There have been no public successful decryption of this code without the key.
Origin: Blowfish has been around since the 1990s and multiple types of this code are used by the Russian Federation under their personal cypher department and these codes are part of Gost. There have been no successful breakthrough of a Gost code known publicly.
Conclusion: The encryption Easytech uses is impossible to break, alter, or decrypt without a key or another secret message. While some modders living in East Asian countries may have the possibility to decrypt or purchase an unlock apk, the chances are slim to impossible.

Please forgive me if any of my data is inaccurate. I am no expert in cryptography and have only recently have done research on this topic.
Despite the dreadful news, there may be a few solutions or at least ways we can mod around it.
Theory 1: Edit the Global Data file to include resources.
While this may sound strange, the Global Data and other files are not encrypted or at least in glory of generals 2. If we could find a way to insert resources in it. We would not need to edit the json files.
Theory 2: Use memory modifications/root.
One way we could modify games with encryption is to mod using root. Apps such as Game Guardian and others can modify game resources by simply editing the game while it is running. Two drawbacks to this however is that is can cancel your warranty and you can not share the mod with others.
Theory 3: Simply disregard resources/transfer files.
While the json and data files are encrypted, the images are not. We could simply just change the images or move the images and animations to a already unlocked APK. An example of this was the European war 6 Great Conqueror Rome mod or the World Conqueror 4 EW5 Mod.
Again these are just ideas, I am sorry for not being able to find more enlightening news on the subject.
