Hello fellow EW4 players in the board, I challenge you to get all 4 possible effects at the same time!

- Refresh
- Medal
- Rank up
- Nobility up

Sadly I forgot that I maxed Berthier's nobility already, so I don't have 4 effects. Only 3.
But hey, at least I got Morale Up. Close enough.
I'll buy some random tavern general sometime later just for the sake of this challenge.
