Hi guys,
Does anyone have problem with cloud archive not working properly? Just downloaded the game 10 days ago and today I accidentally delete the game while clearing space for my phone. Download the game again and log in with the same email but it says no archive found. Now I have to start the game from the beginning.
Also I notice this game does not have restore button in the shop, unlike other Easytech games. Does that mean there is a chance to lose what you have paid if the cloud does not work ?
Anyone have any ideas on how to fix it ?

If you didn't check whether you uploaded the latest version of your game, or any saved data at all, it's possible that you didn't save anything earlier. Thus, you cannot download anything from the servers.
Email ET. You should be able to get a code to retrieve your purchases.

I am 100% sure I saved my data on cloud. I even did a test earlier.
I logged in on a new device and it said no archive found. I tested by uploading the data to cloud from that device at 7:30. Came back to my orginal device at 7:32 and it only had data which I previously uploaded from my orginal phone at 6:45, not the new one at 7:30. I have made some screenshots as well but since I am new to the forum, dont know how to post screenshots. 😂

If I get this straight: You used a 2nd device to upload game data and returned to your 1st device to look for it.
I wouldn't recommend trying this, assuming they use the same gaming account and OS in the first place.
If the two devices are different, especially in gaming account, it makes sense that the uploaded data from device 2 doesn't reflect in device 1.

I used the same account (of course) and both device are android.
If I cant get my data back when logging in my account on another device then what's the point of using cloud at the first place? In such case, all data is tied to the device itself, if I lost it or simply no longer used it, all data would be gone.
I played Great Conqueror Rome before and I logged in on two device all the time, one as my main device and one for afk farming, so it is not that I am completely new to how it works.
