I was wondering is there a table or a list or maybe an in-game rule for how much gold and how many enlistments it takes to upgrade special units to next level for every level? So if people want to know how much it takes to upgrade a unit, for example, form lvl 1 to lvl 10 they can just calculate. And is that amount the same for every tier and class of units?

The fragments needed are the same for all units. It's 30 for the unlock, then 2, 2, 5, 5, 10, 10, 15, 15, 20, 20 and so on.
As for gold, I never payed attention. Probably related to unit tier. Even though it is a lot and can pass 100k per level up, it's still easier to farm compared to fragments.
