Btw, two young Hideyoshi skins have 2 crit rate/crit damage buffs while the old one has none. It is more about damage reduction and survival.
And probably the youngest Hideyoshi is better in arena thanks to his active skill.

I mean, ET has thrown things into their games completely out from left field. Like, nobody here would have seen the Martial Arena, Invasions and Military Rank etc. coming before. Famous Clan was atleast something I'd deem reasonable to anticipate because the campaign is solely played from the perspective of the Oda, Toyotomi and Tokugawa and there're so many more interesting clans in Sengoku than just those. I bet they're going to have many more updates because of that since they've added one clan per update and there's atleast like 6 or so more that warrants one. WC4 has gotten completely out of control and is basically unrecognizable from how it was when it first came out. It wouldn't surprise me to see them add ridiculous stuff into this one and then give you another way to upgrade your units and then letting you get Lv. 4 skills. They aren't that ridiculous, I've seen simuilar stuff in other games. But what bugs about these ranks is that "+15% damge to troop with 100% health" upgrade is seamingly usless. Especially if you consider upgrading multiple generals. It doesn't make much sense since it works only for the first attack only for one general. I share your thoughts, the final bonus is only good for one-shooting, which rarely happens in late game. Maybe it's good for Nobunaga Oda, when he uses his active to damage 3 different targets. Still, I also went with the "offensive" rank path in Musashi because we also get significant increases to damage reduction, critical chance, critical attack, damage increased.
