You're right, this is actually good already at lv1, higher chances of getting high morale never hurts and the medal losses while waiting for a better skill are minimal.
radiofuhrerbunker: can someone provide link of WC4 Glory mod. That doesn't crash when using airforce and has no sound issue fixed. Feels kinda boring to play without BGM and SFX
