I created a new apple id and started playing from the start on the same device. When I clicked restore, only battle pass came back, generals didnt, I had Wittman, Tobulkhin etc. I wrote to easytech but they didnt answered yet. Thank you all in advance.

You played WC4 on the same phone. You played since the start and bought IAPs. Now, you made and used a new gaming account to play, and when you tried to restore your IAPs, the gens did not appear. Did I understand this correctly? Keeping and attaching the receipts is necessary. I'm not sure if ET will allow you to transfer IAPs between accounts, but you can try to ask them. Try to stick to the same gaming account next time. |

You are correct, but I dont understand how Batltle pass was restored hahah, strange. I have all receipts.
