I was playing the new GPWM mod and i saw that we can customize the generals with every skill in the game, even the IAP ones. So it got me thinking, what is the best possible general skill set. My guess is Anticipation (Abram's unique skill) + Ace Tank (Wittman's) + Armoured Assault + Panzer Leader + Rumor.

It can obviously be situational, but overall I’d say what you proposed but inferior victory instead of Abram’s skill.
In conquests, for your main general, I’d also replace rumor with explosives or Abram’s skill.

They best Skill set isnt a thing for every Situation. If you wanna go with max damage, Like you startet with Abrahams and wittmans Skill, then IV or Inspiration would be good. With max damage you wanna one shot Most enemys, them rumour is a little bit wasted on a dead enemy.
