I read somewhere when looking at generals' informations that infantry has immunities to evasion. Is that true?

I read somewhere when looking at generals' informations that infantry has immunities to evasion. Is that true? Of course not, otherwise what's the point of Bugle? The person said this because evasion exclusive to infantry is indeed rare. Only deserts and fortifications (trenches, etc.) have evasions targeted specifically towards infantry. They can already prove that statement wrong. In addition to those, facilities have universal evasion and many campaign and conquest levels also have universal evasion. These are the ones you'll be dealing with more often.

I read somewhere when looking at generals' informations that infantry has immunities to evasion. Is that true? One thing infantry does universally have is the Geography skill inbuilt; its movement ability is the same regardless of what sort of land it is moving over.
