Whatever good infantry or artillery unit you have to spare. Depends on what you want to use him on.
He specs on Turtle ship, but Ship of the Line/Large Bird Ship are way better ships. So he’d do better on those. You have to buy them for Ban-Kin but if you’re this serious about navy you might as well.
But seriously, I can understand getting him because he’s Yi Sun-sin, but I honestly can’t see many situations where you’d be using him.

A good artillery unit. I use him as artillery general number 4 for my team, which isn't saying much when a Miyamoto Musashi single crit can rival him on artillery damage against fortifications.
