Arguably slightly better Yeryomenko. Only problem is I am paying essentially double for a marginally better Yeryomenko (Tolbukhin comes with Yeryomenko).

I wonder if in the best condition, how well would Voronov be comparing to Konev (Inferior Victory+Crossfire) and Brooke (Artillery Leader+Crossfire)?

I would say he would be as good as Yeryomenko is compared to the two of them as I do not think the artillery crit dmg boost gives as much of a power difference compared to Insp.

Good General but inferior to Kluge & Zhukov. Brooke & Konev are slightly inferior but they are F2P.
