Gonna be honest, I outright don’t think there is a good way to do that. You could sell stuff before but now everything is in huge demand again.
So.. best you can do is just do allocate your cash well, and get through the challenge conquests efficiently.

Kind of slow and painful, but you can run through the clan goals in conquests for 10k at a time, that should be faster than challenge conquests. On the other hand, challenge conquests will keep you busy and give you more of everything else you need.

Yeah so I don’t really count the Masamune sweep in this. And maybe the takeaway was that it simply wasn’t a good idea to sell things out of impatience, except food I guess.
And Shimazu Yoshihisa - 1 isn’t really good either beyond the early game and if you’re feeling desperate. I mean a challenge conquest gives you 60000, you’d have to do that 80 times to match that and you have to stay more or less glued to the game in either case anyway. That’s not even considering that you’d get tons of other stuff you’d need out of those too.
Your daily money income is like ~50000, the expeditions give you roughly ~200000 per week. And then there’s daily missions, the logins, whenever ET drops a gift on you etc. You’d have to do that an absurd amounts of times for it to matter in comparison to those.
So yeah, I don’t think there’s a good coin farm in the game.

So I actually gave this a proper thought to see what can be done.
What I'm actually looking for isn't really the one that gives us the most in the shortest amount of time, but rather one that does that while requiring as little maintenance as possible. So small increments aren't good.
The biggest repeatable load that I've found is the normal conquest reward of 2500. THE most braindead one to win is Anegakoji by far, you can immediately activate Kami of Hida by simply upgrading a city, building a tower and then a training camp. Then you put Izumo and whoever the best leadership general you have into Karo so no one except Takeda attacks you, and then you auto and cruise to turn 20. If you're scared of Takeda you can put Masamune in, but that's probably unecessary.
3 times worth of that is worth 10 times of the Shimazu Yoshihisa farm, so that 3 times I have to go back to the device instead of 10. A bit more setup each run through, but having to go back to the phone way fewer times is well worth that.
This gets way slower if your device isn't as powerful though, since the AI conquest turns lasts much longer that way.
Is this a good farm? No not really, you're not cranking out 160k or whatever is needed to upgrade your units in the Lv. 20s, but this is probably the way to go instead of selling stuff in case you just need slightly more.
The dream is something where you barely have to setup anything at all, leave it running for like an hour so you can go do other things, and then come back to find 30000 or more, but that doesn't exist here.
