after updating lost all progress

When I came back to a game I had left, a window telling me to download the game again was visible. So i did this and... gone all progress lvl 1 was there. I can go back to a lvl 31 . 


I'm afraid to go back to 31, because then I choose that and maybe spoil my chances to ever get back my lvl 36. 

I wrote easytech twice a mail, sent a mail tot Google play. Nobody ever answered. I bought my stuff with paypal and do have all purchase proofs. 

So how can i get my stuff back? And howcome Easytech is not replying to my mails?
