He's basically there to trick New players into wasting medals on him. Easytech hopes that said new players will pay up to get good generals when they realize Andrade and co. Suck

Level 1 tier with 1 star in cavalry and infantry and 3 movement and he has the skills:trench,disguise,transport and fence skills or perks and he sucks as a general if you ask me.@communist,
