Where can we find the wubei Zhi of the liandong commander ? Check the Library and it points you to the Forge. Check the Forge and it tells you to check the Battlepass. Without checking Battlepass, it's most likely an IAP blueprint, and this is confirmed. Lvl 51 of the IAP branch of Stage Battlepass. |
