I see on youtube there is people that deal 500 damage by ion. But, actually, what is the max damage and cooldown? which level? how many medal?

That's a total of 108k medals. Now, let's say you get 270 medal per day. that means you'll need >400 days to get to your 550 damage and 3 cool down dream. 100-115 should be enough (that costs slightly more than MacArthur).

The ion cannon is technically worth more than MacArthur as it can deal damage to everybody in the whole world. The only problem is the fact it's not useable everywhere and everytime
