The cool thing about European War 3 is that theres a local multiplayer so you can make your custom fights, NO AI, only you controling 5 or 6 nations and I think Spain, Italy, Serbia, Bulgaria and Romania are playable but not in local multiplayer, you can use them as diplomatic allies... Although they dont move it can be fun having a war where that country, fights with that against that and so on. Go try it, I made a custom war, I called it the War Of Romania.
