This has happened twice- I finish coalition and click continue and the game resets- all coins spent gone, all upgrades to weapons. I have to start back at the first Campaign mission again. Any ideas- Nexus 6.

Ouch,that's ugly especially if real money is involved.
Dont know if you are going to get an answer from Easytech, their lack of support and totally ignoring all email is routine.
If you are on android try searching for comments from player with the same device in google store,maybe that can be helpfull.

1/Is your device powered by intel? World conqueror 3 has had major issues with these chips.Devellopers posted about that.
2/did you try downloading any hack for wc3? Stuff like this can happen if the licence check fail.Are you getting any kind of errors.
3/not counting sd storage how much free room do you have,stuff like this can happen if low ram or low storage.
4/did you have issues with any other games application?
5/Is your phone running hot? Battery life normal? Any charging issues?
6/how many processes are running in the background/did you recently installed a new anti-virus?
You should email easytech and give them as much details as possible if you want them to troubleshoot and hep you.
There is no magic wand to instantly fix problems you got to help the helper.

Though you didn't ask me but I too have suffered this two months ago, that night (when this happened) the game worked fine but when I woke up the next day all of my progress, generals, levels, stars, everything was wiped out, I was back to the first levels (if this would'nt had happened I would've easily reached the german campaigns by now)
And the game is an apk from a site which is very common, the issues you wrote I hadn't experienced ever and not even now have I seen that stuff happening in my phone

It happened to me too, lost everything while I was in game, in the academy section accidently pressing the back button twice really fast on my lg-p990. When I got back to headquarters everything was gone, I had a bit of real money invested and 6 gens 125-150 hps. All progress in conquest and campaign too. The saved games where still there.
Anyway, i think it had something to do with my antivirus program cm security. My phone really slow down with that and sometimes it was impossible to start the game, had to restart the phone a lot.
Now I removed cm and it works fine. Wont invest any more real money though on this device anyway. Easytech wanted me to mail some screenshots which I dont know how to grab and some information I couldnt get or understand where to find
