The documentary focuses on three dictators Joseph Vissarionovich Stalin, Idi Amin Dada and Muammar Gaddafi.
And dont call this western propaganda, I dont want any unfriendly discussions.
A historical lecture of three famous dictators:

I believe that people also need to see the monstrosities done by other lesser known dictators. People like Francisco Solano Lopez, whose military decisions cost Paraguay most of their male population and population in general, and Francisco Franco, who launched multiple massacres against Spanish republicans, aided the Nazis by sending the Blue Division into Russia and allowing them to use Spain as a training area, and his longladting rule from 1936 (1939 if you consider when he took over the whole country) to 1975.

What about the Iranian Shah or Tiso? Both of them are pretty well known in my opinion. Franco is as well though.

What about the Iranian Shah or Tiso? The Shah wasn't a genocidal Dictator. I think the new Iranian goverment has killed more innocents then Shah.
