Ok in Conquest 1950 i was playing and i pick a random country just to prove my theory.The USA somehow gets a Aircraft Carrier in which they put Nimitz in command build on a level 2 harbor.And also they build a super tank under command of Devers on a level 3 factory when it should only build a from armored cars to heavy tanks.Is the game somehow rigged for country you don't play as.
