So, I've seen articles about mods being created and I was wondering if anyone have a good modding tool for World Conqueror 2 if you have make sure to send it to me in Pm. I checked out a modding website for WC2 and I downloaded something called ID map but I dont know how it work, so it doesn't help me alot.
